The trouble with Jumia’s poor services as Kenyans up their complaints


Disappointed with Jumia Kenya service.

I ordered 3 items and only 1 (openEAR earphone) was delivered.
Despite promising a refund within 48hours, none has been forthcoming two weeks later.
No follow up as well.
Please refund my money asap. I will not engage with Jumia anymore as customer service is pathetic.
