The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has announced a vacancy in the Director General position to to replace Ezra Chiloba only days after his resignation.
The CA Director General also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and reports to the CA board.
“The DG will be entrusted with a wide array of core responsibilities to ensure effective regulation and promotion of the ICT sector in the country,” part of the job summary stated.
It also wants the successful applicant to hold ‘strong track record’ in regulatory, telecommunications, ICT, or broadcasting sector.”
The board is calling for a minimum of bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Applied and Physical Sciences, humanities, and social sciences.
