Cofek case seeking to stop top appointments at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) came up, Monday, before Justice Onyango of the High Court.
The Judge directed that the Central Organization of Trade Unions (Cotu) Judicial Review E038 of 2022 and Cofek Petition No. E003 of 2022 be placed together on January 27.
The judge also asked Cotu to file the main notice of motion.
Parties to serve their pleadings even as the interim orders remain in force.
